and Responsibility

This page tells you a little about our philosophies

concerning Energetic protection (also known as Psychic Protection) and

gives a

few methods that we have found useful, and that work. We are aware that this

subject is sometimes controversial, and that some avow that simply being a

Light-worker is enough, and that we are always protected by Source, our Guides

and the positive energies we work with. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs,

but our experience as therapists and energy workers shows us time and time

again what can happen to an unprotected energy field. Not all that live in

(and off) this world are of positive intent. To us there is no intrinsic

difference between physical and energetic dirt. If you would be happy to have

physical surgery and for the surgeons not to bother sterilising their

instruments, then maybe energetic protection is not for you! Otherwise, then

we feel that whatever applies to your physical body should also apply to ALL

your bodies.

STOP PRESS!:

There are rumours about that the mercury barrier method does not work;

that

the Earth's grids are collapsing, and that only white Light is effective

protection.........WE BELIEVE THIS IS RUBBISH! Please do not believe

everything you hear or are told. There are those with negative intent who

don't like to see the success Lightworkers are having with the Earth, and who

want to interfere. Use your heart and mind and saturate all rumours and

information with the Light of Truth, and then decide for yourself what

you

feel is Right.

NEGATIVE SPIRIT POSSESSION:

We are being contacted by a number of people who are experiencing spirit

possession of a negative variety. Although we deal with some of this work on a

small scale with individuals and larger scale on a planetary level, we

prefer

to pass on details of therapists and healers who specialise in this particular

The Spirit Release Foundation was founded in 1999 by a group of medical and

complementary practitioners who have a special interest in working with the

condition known as spirit attachment. They are based in the UK but have

practitioners in a several countries.

and Judith Baldwin are widely regarded as pioneering experts in spirit

releasement therapy and recovery of soul fragmentation. Although

passed on a few years ago, Judith still practises. She is based in the

USA,

but does remote work to any location.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF ENERGY:

As you work towards your Ascension (and that of the Planet) and do more

processing to clarify and raise your personal frequencies it becomes

increasingly important that you practise regular and effective routines to

ensure your own energy body and your environs are kept clear, cleansed

and

charged with the Right energies. Adopting routines for this purpose serves

several functions:

Firstly, it demonstrates that you are discerning and responsible in your

approach to Energy Work;

Secondly, it helps keep your energy bodies clear and shows your commitment to

your growth;

Thirdly, it will help keep you in good health on all levels and support you as

you open to Higher Realities;

Lastly, it encourages self-discipline, which will be essential as you

progress.

We suggest you follow a routine for your Self on a DAILY basis, and for your

environs WEEKLY or as required.

ENERGY BODY ROUTINE:

This routine has 3 stages, Clearing, Charging and Connecting:

CLEARING: This technique clarifies and cleanses you, fills you

with violet energy to draw upon and also forms an important part of your

protection.

Call down the Violet Flame as a column of Light and bring it into your

physical body through the crown chakra to fill your body completely with

violet energy, using the Flame to clear, cleanse and transmute any and

all

negativity you hold within, which might be physical, mental, emotional

or

spiritual. Then expand the Flame and violet energy out through your aura to do

the same thing through your entire energy field. Concentrate the Flame

upon

any area that seems slow to clear. You may then wish to visualise the outer

skin of your field as a mass of tiny violet flames. (If under psychic attack

you may prefer to visualise a reflective shell instead of the outer skin of

flames.)

You may also wish to use one of the Violet Flame affirmations, such as

" I

AM a Being of Violet Fire " , repeated three times as you expand the fire

out through your aura.

If you are super-sensitive or under attack, you can also ask your Guides

and the gnomes (the elementals of earth) to make you a suit of armour,

or to

make and fit " solar shields " (domes of fine gold mesh) over each

chakra centre.

CHARGING: This technique both fills you with the energy

of

Source that you may then draw upon as you require it, and returns you to a

pure state of Being and integral strength.

Call down the Magdalene Flame as a column of Light - it is a silvery-blue

colour - and bring it down through your crown and into your central column, so

that it passes through the centre of your body and down into the ground like a

rod of silvery-blue Light. Then allow it to project out through the front and

rear of each major chakra, so that it forms radiant fountains of silvery-blue

Light in front of and behind you. Then allow the Flame and Light to spread

outwards from your central column throughout your entire physical body,

filling your body with the energy of innocence, purity and love (original

Source energy). Then expand the Flame and silver-blue energy to completely

fill your auric field / energy bodies.

You may wish to visualise a mass of silvery-blue flames merging with the

violet flames that surround your auric shell.

You may also wish to use an accompanying affirmation, such as " I AM the

Purity of Source " , repeated three times as you expand the energy out

through your aura.

CONNECTING: This technique connects you to your God and

Christ-selves, and to the Earth, and has the option of connecting you with the

Diamond-White Ray of Source and the Gold Ray of the Christ-consciousness.

See yourself connecting up through your crown and Soul Star chakras

to your

Christ-self and Divine-self, and then anchoring your central column into the

planet through the base and Earth Star chakras (if you use the Unified

field

technique, then use that grounding procedure). Then, if you wish, you may ask

your Divine-self to project a force field or tube of Pure Diamond-white Light

to surround your body. You may visualise this as a giant tube or column of

clear, strong white Light dropping down to completely surround your physical

and inner energy bodies, as if you are in a massive shower of crystalline

Light, or a wide and protective spotlight of energy. You may also ask your

Christ-self to project a force field or tube of gold Light around that

for

added protection. I like to see this as a beam of Gold that drops down

to

fully enclose my energy field, and then twisting closed above and below me

(like a giant Quality Street toffee!). You can repeat this three times, so

there are 3 layers in total.

You may also accompany either process with an affirmation, such as: " The

Diamond-white Fire of Source encloses and surrounds me " and / or

" The Gold Ray of my Christ-consciousness encloses and protects me " .

Affirmations should each be repeated three times, and may be said aloud or

silently.

PERSONAL SPACE: Protecting; Charging; Making Invisible.

MERCURY BARRIER: This technique can be used to keep any

space

clear and free of most forms of negativity.

Keep one erected all the time AS A MINIMUM in the entryway to your home.

You can provide the area which people generally use to enter and leave

your

property or designated space or area with a special barrier, to ensure

that

nothing comes indoors or into it that you don't want. It will also keep out

any unwanted entities and energies attached to people (what we call

" clingons " ) entering your cleansed space, ALTHOUGH it cannot remove

entities if they are partly or fully within the physical body. You can

erect a

barrier in doorways, porches, halls and thoroughfares. You may also protect a

doorway into a room or rooms, or clear and protect any other designated area,

such as a space at your workplace, if this is outside your home. It is

also

useful for cleansing your non-physical self on return from astral travel. (To

do this, place a mercury box around the space where your physical body

and

aura is resting prior to travel - you will have to pass through it on leaving

and re-entering your body, thus ensuring you only bring back what you left

with! If erecting a temporary barrier for this reason, don't forget to

demolish it when you are safely returned!)

To erect a mercury barrier, firstly visualise the area that you wish to be

filled with the mercury barrier. If it has no existing physical boundaries to

work within (like an entrance porch would have), create imaginary ones

out,

perhaps by using " psychic " MDF or Perspex!

Next, see the whole area being filled slowly from the top or bottom with a

light or liquid that has the appearance of mercury.

Once it is full leave it in position and replenish or top it up as need be.

How often this is required will depend on the frequency the space is entered,

and the types of energy passing through the space.

You may also use the barrier to completely enclose and surround a space in all

directions, and also to perform a MERCURY SWEEP to clear said space of

unwanted or undesirable energies.

To do this, visualise the space you wish to protect and clear and create a box

that will completely enclose it, with 4 walls, a base and a top. The box

should be visualised as being made of double-walled psychic MDF or Perspex -

rather like a sealed double-glazing unit, or double-glazed fish tank! Then

take one of the end walls and move it up against the opposing wall and

then

see each of the spaces in the centre of the " double glazed units "

being completely filled with the mercury liquid or Light. Once this is

done,

pull or slide the wall you had moved back again through the box, thus sweeping

the entire central area with the mercury energy and so finally leaving

the

space in the centre completely cleared and fully enclosed within a mercury

box.

BALL OF LIGHT VISUALISATION: This technique is for space

clearing, protection and camouflage. We use it for our home and workshop

spaces.

Begin by centering yourself and clearing your mind. Bring your attention to

your Centre, and see a fiery ball of light there (often within the heart, or

solar plexus).

Visualise bringing this ball out into your hands, and catch it about 6 "

in front of you at the same level.

Using your hands to direct the ball, push it gently down the front of your

body and then pass it on past your feet and into the Earth. Envisage it

travelling down until it meets the fiery red energy at the Earth's core. Allow

this to charge the ball, and when you feel it has been energised, draw

it back

up through the Earth, trailing behind it a ribbon of red light. When that

reaches the bottom of the space you wish to clear, allow the ribbon to

enter

the space, perhaps like plugging in a hollow tube, or hosepipe.

Allow the ribbon to draw up enough red Light to fill the entire space with red

energy - see it like red water slowly filling the space. Pay attention

to any

areas which are dark, or don't easily allow the red energy in. Concentrate the

energy here and allow it to build, until it succeeds in filling that area.

Once the whole space is completely full of red energy, send the ball of red

light up and out into the sky, until you find a pure white energy source,

which will look like a distant, very bright star. Allow the ball to fill with

this energy, and when it has done this, draw it back down to you through the

sky, pulling a white ribbon of light behind it.

When that reaches the top of the space you wish to clear, allow the ribbon to

enter the space, perhaps like plugging in a hollow tube, or hosepipe. Allow

the ribbon to draw down Pure White Light to fill the entire space with

white

energy - see it like a white liquid or mist slowly filling the space. Pay

attention to any areas which are dark, or don't easily allow the white

energy

in. Concentrate the energy here and allow it to build, until it succeeds in

filling that area.

Once the space is completely full, send the ball out of the space and

visualise it encircling the whole of your designated space above, below and to

each side, wrapping it completely in a huge " bandage " made of

diamond-white Light.

Finish your wrapping at the top of the space, and allow it to be sealed with

an object, which will vary from time to time, but be significant - it could be

a pin, a flower, a butterfly, and Angel or anything! Finally return the ball

of Light to your Centre.

Lastly imagine a large camouflage net being dropped over your space, or the

entire building in which your space is situated. This is to bring its light

level to that of your surroundings, so that you do not stand out like a

beacon, attracting the wrong sort of attention! You may need to place more

than one net over, depending on the level of brightness of your space.

Put one

in place first and then keep going until you feel happy the level is right -

but don't overdo it, as you want to blend in, not stand out!

QUADRUPLE GRID TECHNIQUE: We find this very useful, but
