The light bulb is NOT a fluorescent one. It is the old pear fruit shaped light

bulb filled with Argon gas. It has beeen availavle for over a decade.

I could get such a light bulb ?

The only light bulbs with Argon where flourescent ones.

I used one over 15 years ago, they were common.

Now you are the second person that ask me the same question.

It is a pear fruit shape old light bulb.

No fluorescent. It has Argon and Mercury; the latter can cause mercury mediated

damage.

No Halogens.

No Phosphorescent.

No Ballast using in light source (EMF emanations are unhealthy)

If you do not find it, you may opt for a transparent pear fruit shape one. They

have Argon and Nitrogen but the effect is reduced.

To enhance the effect, try to get some acetate of Indigo color (Third eye chakra

color), make a hollow cylinder with the acetate to cover the transparent light

bulb with space to spare so you wont burn the acetate with the touch of the

bulb..Acetate is found in art, architectural, hobby and fancy office supply

stores.

Wash face well with glycerin or Castilla soap with tepid water; dry face with

natural fiber cloth (cotton, etc.

Seat comfortably preferably in a couch (TV off)in quiet place.

Gently Rub Pine Oil between the eyebrows. (DO NOT GET CLOSE TO EYES).

Turn on light bulb, jerry rigged with adhesive tape, and expose your face to the

Indigo light.

WARNING:The energy contained in the Indigo emanations is strong and may make you

sleepy. If you feel like napping, please turn off light bulb before taking a

nap.

This suggestion is based on anecdotical experience. Please check or google

everything I say here.

Above all, remember that evolution is formatted for 2 steps forwards, one step

backwards. It is better to leave your body follow its intrinsic wisdom, no need

to speed up the process.

We all are where we supposed to be: Imperfectly Perfect.
