It's an entire room made out of crystals, it read on there that it's supposed to help a lot. I've never tried it so I can't tell you much. The Crystals are imported from Korea and other places. i was on their website a long time ago. When I get it I will post it on here. Because it's a Russian and Korean style bath house would have to be comfortable with nudity FYI, LOL!!
