Happiness

Happiness and Lightness of Being are partners.  We cannot have a happy attitude with the weight of negative emotions, such as anger or jealousy, riding our shoulders.  Learn to release those negative emotions that hold you down.  When we choose the Path of Happiness, all the other positive attitudes we embrace gain in both depth and strength.  Make a point today to share a smile with a friend.
