Unstacking Low-grade Aggravations - Preparing for 2012 seriesOne of the more stealth emotional blocks is the stacking of low-grade aggravations. They consist of a pile of what is perceived as tiny details or something that can wait to be fixed, less important concerns and bigger fish to fry.By the time you feel a huge block, spiritual floundering, trouble making decisions, and lack of focus, your are so locked up that you can find your way out. You may think that you have been working on your inner self and staying present with issues, but every time you toss even the tiniest of irritation aside, it goes into a stack that will bit you later. Being present and alive in every moment of your life means that you are aware of the tiny details that make things work

or not work just as much as the large and obvious issues demanding your immediate attention. Guess what! the large issues are made up of the tossed aside tiny issues and that is why they are demanding attention. If you address the tiny issues as they occur, you keep your block at bay, and you will know this because you will never have to make a decision again because you are in the flow of your life lessons and dealing with them as the Divine Plan designed.Everything is energy and all occurrence in your life has a meaning. Therefore, skipping over things will end up like the grasshopper and the ants, and you must decide which one your are. Now, lets take a look at some examples of issues that can stack to create low-grade aggravation:1- Point A to Point BYou are trying to do a simple task and you can't complete it because other elements are involved. Example: You decide that you are finally going to fix that ???? that

has been bothering you. 2- Putting it OffLittle things that don't seem to have any urgency or you'll wait until someone else can fix it.3- Lack of Assigning ImportanceNot giving a spot on the fix it schedule and just letting it go. But every time you walk by it, it bugs you.4- Passing RemarksFellow employee or neighbor makes a slight cutting remark about you or some one else.5- Incidents in Daily LifeSomeone cuts in line, sales clerk stops helping you find an item because someone else who didn't wait for the clerk cuts in and asks questions.6-Spilt MilkJust as you are late for work, you spill milk all over yourself and the kitchen.7- Un-ring the BellThinking about the things you should have said at the time, but cant do anything about it now.8- The House that Jack BuiltAll you want to do is download a file to your computer, and you don't have the program to convert the

file, so you download a system to handle it and find you don't have enough memory space on your computer, so you go in and clean out the excess files and realize that your anti virus system needs to be updated, so you go on to the Internet to download the update and can't remember your password, so you email the company for the password and they email back to you a temporary password so you go into the site to change the password and find you can't because they don't have your current address on the file, so you call the company and get put on hold and then because you are on hold so long the closes and you have to call back the next day. Then you can't remember what you were trying to do in the first place until you try to go to sleep that night and it hits you that you didn't download the file you wanted and now you have all these other issues to call about in the morning... "all in the house that jack built!"9- Low Frequency

SoundsRefrigerators, air conditioners, household appliances, sounds at work like photocopiers humming, annoying laughs. You decide to take a Sunday afternoon nap and your neighbor starts power lawn mower and weed-eater.10- Issues Not Your OwnOther people's conversations that are nagging or complaining that you over hear at work, on the bus, standing in line. The apartment downstairs has a smoker and the smell comes into your place when you are trying to relax.11- Bothering AppointmentsTrying to not think about and suppress the fear about the big dental appointment or the Colonoscopy that is coming up. You become overwhelmed and even the smallest task is almost impossible to take on and you are right back to all the stack stuff you just ignored at the top of this list, and now your nerves are so shot that even the cat walking on a thick carpet sets you off! What you think is not important issues is exactly

what IS the issues. These low-grade aggravations are now a huge block that nags at you to be unstacked and you can't find where to begin. The best way is to just stop procrastinating and make a list of the things that are bothering you and need your attention. then number them according to the most important or the one that may unlock other issues. You do not have to follow the numbered items in order, just do the ones you can when you feel that function is right. this will get you past the procrastination stage. For encouragement, scratch off the list the items that are completed. and you only have to do one in a day to make an accomplishment! If you have a wipe board, that would have a better impact. Just making the list will start to unlock you. What happens if you put these low- grade issues off? You can't focus on important tasks and you can't medicate or meditate your way past them. so, in essence, your spirituality

comes to a halt. You can try and go to that workshop on self improvement or that spiritual retreat that helps you see the Universe, but when you return home... the beast is still there... nagging... nagging... nagging! When you come to realize that all in your life is important, then you will be in the moment and in the flow to handle things as they arise, and that is truly being on your path of life._________________________________________________________________________Channeled Article by Rev.
