here are two delicious cake recipes. most of you would need the conversion

tables to be found at the end of NT book. still it's worth it. I've not yet

tried to replace the potato flour with arrow root, still it's less than 2 Tbsp

and as a treat for special occasion it's probably OK. I use all organic

ingredients.
