Mine have gotten better over the years but I still have a tendency to get migraines, especially during my period. I have read about hormonal imbalances, and migraines are a common symptom of them. The fact that they are more common during your period makes it even more likely to be a hormonal problem. Hormonal problems are also more common among people who eat little animal foods.
