OT ~ BP meds

Hullo Joyce. You can search engine dark chocolate for high blood pressure, and natural diuretics, such as watermelon. Search engine super foods too. There is a lot of good info. Daily oz. of Dark chocolate of values of 60 to 80% cocoa are chock full of flavanoids and are polyphenol-rich. Helps lower blood pressure, boost normal responses to insulin to keep blood sugar levels down, and improve blood vessel function, among other things. Can lower your cholesteral and your risk for stroke or death due to coronary artery disease.

(dont get the 100% cocoa - the baking kind...it is Unpallitable- TRUST ME, blech.)

Natural diuretics. http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art4649.asp

Recipe for good diuretic drink. http://www.ehow.com/how_2118174_natural-diuretic.html?ref=fuel & utm_source= & utm_medium=ssp & utm_campaign=yssp_art

Also, must be sure to replace vitamins, potasium and minerals etc when on a diuretic of any form.

Except for this guys suggestion of soy milk, (Dont drink that crap) alot of his otherBP info is valuable for hypertension. http://www.raysahelian.com/highbloodpressure.html

He also presses vit C as a daily must!
