I did a small paper on the ing/Rath theory of heart disease -- I came

away from that experience extremely impressed. Many, many studies (especially

those that supplemented over 500mg a day of vitamin C) confirmed a beneficial

role for vitamin C. I personally take about 2500 mg of vitamin C a day in

addition to what I get in my healthy diet!!
