Mercola's comment based on Hamid Said's article is unfounded. The article applies to those who do not eat the whole egg. There is sufficient biotin in the yolk to balance the biotin binding by avidin in the white. I eat 4-6 raw eggs per day (for a year) with no neurological symptoms.
