Guest guest
Hi, A friend of mine told me that in order to separate the salmon eggs from their cases for drying they must be harvested just before the salmon spawn. Does anyone know more about this process? I would lkie to try it. Sheila

In that case they were being harvested to make new salmon: they hatched millions of them in these incubators (upright cabinets like a file cabinet) and kept them in big above-ground swimming pools. What surprised me was how many fish they produced in a small space, the whole operation was not larger than a lot of house lots.
