Guest guest
, with the items being heavier, what does the shipping and handling cost entail? Does that mean the prices are competitive, but the cost of the S/H makes them more expensive in the long run? -Debi Hoggan 4 The " U " sual & " UN " usual in sales http://cellaroftreasures.imlds.com/ Recalling the music of the Mamas and the Papas I was sad to hear that of the Mamas and the Papas died this passed Sunday. His music that he was responsible for was music that no matter what generation you were from you enjoyed listening to not just the music, but listening to the words and the meaning of the song such as " California Dreaming, " " Monday, Monday. " He was one of the many talented singers/songwriters that have passed away and he will be missed, but his memory will live on by his music that he left behind. Guest guest
I use Betalean and have had no effects and take two different anti deppersants and a beta blocker for my migraines. I haven't felt this good in a long time and I'm only getting done with week 1. I realize 37% body fat so I will concentrate on loosing fat and gaining strength then I will concentrate on gaining muscle mass. Mc

Guest guest
Has anybody tried grinding or powdering sprouts? I've noticed that a number of health food products like nutrition bars and green powders contain ingrediants like broccoli sprout powder or quinoa sprout powder. So I was wondering how a person would do this? I guess it would come down to sprout, dry and then grind. Anybody have any experience with something like this? Guest guest
On a rare occasion I will have too many sprouts so I will dry them in my dehydrator. Afterwards I crush them to a fine consistency and add some other herbs and a little seasalt. I use this mix to sprinkle on popcorn, season soup, or even to add a little zip to my sprout salads. When it comes to sprouts, they are too precious to waste! --- Steve Bowen <owenapowen@...> wrote: > Has anybody tried grinding or powdering sprouts? > > I've noticed that a number of health food products like nutrition > bars > and green powders contain ingrediants like broccoli sprout powder or > quinoa sprout powder. > > So I was wondering how a person would do this?
