I'm one of those who cannot respond because of my lack of knowledge regarding TMJ. I've had a neck fusion, but that was due to bone spurs and pinched nerves. I had severe headaches, and numbness from my neck down to my wrists. Sorry i can't help you out, possibly you aren't getting any reponses because no one is familiar with your problem.
