Guest guest
Kefir isn't like yougrt or buttermilk that you can culture from what you bought. You have to get kefir grains and culture it with them. Raw milk is best if you have a supply - either cow or goat. There is a kefir site on : http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/Makekefir.html I've been making my own for several months now and there's nothing like it! Guess now is the time to introduce myself! My name is Irene, i live in ME with 3 huge dogs and am in the process of divorce. I take reallly good care of my furkids - but not myself! So I'm here to learn! Thanks for having me. Irene in ME - with enough grains to share!! --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
