" A friend of mine keeps talking about " The Second American Revolution " . Largely he refers to what will happen if the government keeps outlawing things that people do every day. Like make coppies of music files and suchlike. Now if they start putting the same kind of excise taxes of certain foods that will certainly be one more nail in the coffin of the current government. Particularly if what they tax is food that rich people like to eat but poor people already can't afford. We'll have the same kind of food riots that France had in the 1780's. With a similar result. And if anything anywhere is being done well by anyone it probably is _not_ being done by congress! AP -- Aviation is more than a hobby. It is more than a job. It is more than a career. The government and congress and the courts have been ignoring the Constitution for years. The original interpretation of the Constitution did not delegate that much power to the federal government except to provide for the common defense, regulate immigration, and regulate interstate commerce. Seems the government has failed on 2 of 3 here and they use the interstate commerce loophole to regulate everything else.
