Guest guest
The thing to remember here is moderation! It concerns me when people start talking about taking excessive amounts of anything--certain types of foods or medicines. Too much of anything is not good. Even water has a LD50 (lethal dose). Nothing is completely safe or without risk. As the amount consumed increases, so does the risk. This does not mean that colloidal silver is without benefit when used in small to moderate amounts. I see a lot of " all-or-nothing " attitudes expressed on this list, which would seem to lead to extreme diets that may not be particularly healty. It is also good to remember that changing one's diet in a certain direction may, at first, help to reverse some deficiencies--and one may notice a sudden improvement in health as a result of no longer being deficient in a group of nutrients, however, this does not mean that heavily weighing the diet in that direction (i.e., red meat, or saturated fats) is good for their long-term health. It probably does mean that they need more of these things than they were once getting before. If they go to only eating another group of foods, they may well develop deficiencies in other areas, or, in the case of colloidal silver, develop symptoms of toxicity or other side affects related to overconsumption of that particular food or medicine. Moderation and balance is important, in my personal opinion. __________________________________________________
