Guest guest
Hi all, I'm back after a long pause - too many messages to keep up with, but I just had to bring this topic up. Are any of you familiar with the work of Mathias Rath, MD, who had done research showing that Vitamin C deficiency is one key cause of heart disease? I just found his website last night and was amazed at what I read. He worked with Linus ing in the last years of his long life. http://www.dr-rath-research.org/news/index.php When that site comes up there is a pop-up that leads you to the site of " The Stanford Speech, a Call to the Medical World " by Dr. Matthias Rath: The Scurvy - Heart Disease Connection Solution to the Puzzle of Cardiovascular Disease Palo Alto, California, May 4, 2002 - a good summary of his ideas. http://www.dr-rath-research.org/home/stanford.php Vitamin supplementation is often mentioned on this list, although it's may slightly off topic, but I've always been a bit leary of the need for that when you are trying to eat the best you can and have a good garden. But his research gave me a clear simple reason for supplementation. What do you think. Peace, Kris , gardening in northwest Ohio
