requiring Tdap vaccination at work

I need help in how to deal with this new policy where I work that requires me to

get this shop. I am in central Wisconsin at a large clinic working in the lab

with no patient contact in my job. I do not want this vaccination yet they say

suspension and termination are possible if I refuse. do I need a lawyer? they

allow exemption for the flu shot which I have applied for. How do I best deal

with this? any help with resources etc. is appreciated. Kathie
