Have you been cutting back your carbohydrate intake drastically? As I understand it ketosis has this effect.
Guest guest
Well only thing i stopped doing last few days is having a potatoe for dinner. I have been having carbs from yoghurt for breakfast carbs from icecream at lunch ( haagan daas ) + 1 whole broccoli carbs from carrot, whole broccoli and turnips for dinner. Sometimes having more icecream. I would think this constitutes enough carbs for the day. And i still got the smell after having stew even when i had potatoe the first time aswell.
