After eating homemade stew my urine has a smell to it ?

Sorry about title but did not know a easy way to write it.

Now I made stock as written in NT for lamb.

I then went to the lamb stew recipe using the stock.

But after i eat this delicious meal the next couple of times I go to

the toilet my urine has a very strong smell.

ANyone know what this is/means?

is it good or bad? or neutral..
