I don't know much, but there are some nutrients present in cow's milk that

aren't in goats milk like folic acid, though folks who can't tolerate cow

milk can often use goat.

" What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a

heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and

animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of

them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense

compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to

bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature.

Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the

truth, and for those who do them wrong. "

It may have something to do with when it was written too. Goats milk has been

gaining in popularity recently.

Hi, Carol, in her discussion on Pima milk, she says make from cow's or goat's

milk. My guess the reason for her not giving much attention to goat's milk is

that it's not widely available. I see it only in health food stores.

Subject: goats milk vs cow milk

Does anyone know why Sally recommends cows milk and does not have

much to say about goats milk? Thanks.
