I hope that is true. I was going to ask this group that very

question. I have hypothyroidism. I have heard that eating raw

cruciferous vegetables is bad for someone with thyroid problems. I

have never come across anything that mentioned whether or not cooked

or fermented was equally as bad. The thought of having to give up

sauerkraut kills me; I love the stuff. Roman, do you remember where

you read that? I would like to look into it more. I'm trying to do

what I can to heal my thyroid, not damage it more. Thanks in advance

to anyone who can pass along any information to help me.

Peace and Love of Christ be with you,

Robin :)

Possibly here: http://www.westonaprice.org/women/natural_protection.html . I

hope this information is more accurate that the " pasterized milk kills

calves " one.
