Natural Solutions Foundation and Natural Solutions Foundation of Panama wishes

to communicate formally to everyone in Panama, whether Panamanian nationals or

foreigners, especially to all union members, partners, employees, donors,

potential donors and those who support in any way the activities and projects of

our private foundation or any of its associated entities that the only persons

legally authorized to represent our organization are the following:

Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine III (US Army, Ret.), Rima E. Laibow, MD and

Ralph Fucetola, JD.

Only the people mentioned above legally represent our organization and can make

agreements pertaining to the operation of our Foundation in the Republic of

Panama for the promotion of our objectives, social projects and specifically the

project known as " the DeGroote Orphanage " .

We appreciate and thank all those who in any way support our organization. Our

foundation continues to work, as it has in the past, for the promotion,

development and training of programs and projects to disseminate the methods and

natural solutions to the problems that threaten our health and nutrition,

promoting respect promoting respect for the environment, human rights and health

choices through the implementation of sustainable development practices for the

benefit of the Republic of Panama.
