Guest guest
I have tried real salt, hain sea salt, and celtic sea salt. I did not like any of them. I thought celtic salt a little bitter. I was then given a sample of Korean sea salt from a Korean friend of mine. It is great. She gets it from the Korean grocery store. It is wet and not as salty as table salt. It is real cheap. Like $5 for 4 lbs. I am a bit concerned about the quality though. It tastes great and is the right price and is wet and I think is unrefined, but I would not know all the details about it as I can't read the Korean on the bag. Does anyone know the quality of Asian salt? It seems if it comes from the sea and is not refined it would be ok, but there is so much hoopla about the celtic sea salt. I don't image all the native peolples of theworld ventured to France to get their salt. now that I have inundated the message board, I will sign off.
