I am having some trouble locating the following items:

Sausage (grass fed, no msg or nitrates)

good raw cheese (grass fed some varieties are in the healthfood

store, but not consistantly - I get organic valley)

Raw goats milk - my " Healing with Whole Foods " book says raw goats

milk is suppposed to be healing - although

I am scare to try it as I am allergic to milk

(I live in Tx)

pork - I have ordered pork form Montana. Shipping is $2/lb

and I have to get a bundle with items I don't need.

But this is the best tasting pork I have ever tasted,

grass fed and process young and tender.

(Mcalpine farms on eatwild)

My husband eats pork, I am still up in the air about

if pork is damaging to the human body. There is

a lot of conflicting info out there.

Organic produce - I have no trouble getting this at the healthfood

store, but I am chemically sensitive and going

out into the world literally makes me sick for

days. Although the healthfood store is pretty

safe comparatively, except the soap isle and

the checkout stand area. I do most of my

shopping via the internet. If I could get my

produce on-line, I would not even have to chance

the store. Diamond organic.com has produce, but

in very pricing and shipping is high from CA.

When I feel better I plan to grow some of my own.
