Hey,

Is the food in Chinese food stores organic/biodynamic and/or grassfed

or free range. Sally sometimes suggests purchasing items there, or is

this comprimise food?

I think she only suggests getting items from those stores because

they would be difficult to find elsewhere. Asian groceries are

definitely not any more organic than are domestic conventional

groceries. In fact, they're more likely to include certain

preservatives, colorings and MSG. The farming methods used are as

variable as those used anywhere else.
