Guest guest
sorry about the delay in replying. you might think i'm nuts but, when I checked the ingredients for the chemist's (pharmacy) aqueous cream, I noticed it had some 'sodium laurel sulphate!! exactly the stuff I don't want on my skin, later, in the bathroom I re-read the ingredients of my, wait for it, conditioner, (Utekaram, a Danish company) I noticed it was simply a mix of - water, (organic marigold aqueous extracts), coconut oil, wheat bran, organic apricot kernel oil, sheanut butter, vegetable glycerine and citric acid. nothing else!!! other than the wheat bran, what was that product if not aqueous cream!! so I added some essential oils like rosemary and lavender and there ya go... I've been washing my self with this stuff on a wet loofa, face, body and all, no need for body lotion. if you can't get this product in the US just keep on reading the ingredients on conditioners in Healthfood shops etc. till you find one with the least ingredients to match your needs. hope this helps.
