Guest guest
If I were you, I would cook them all up and then freeze them in appropriate portions. We have a big family and I do this all the time so a quick meal is ready in the freezer. Shari ----- Original Message ----- From: Alec Sent: Sunday, June 02, 2002 12:04 AM Subject: Soaked Too Many Beans I soaked too many black beans last night. I forgot to anticipate they would expand while soaking. Can I let some of them just drain and dry or do I have to cook them all now. If I cook them all how long do they last in the refrigerator? Can I freeze them?
