Yes.

Yes again. I very much enjoy the coconut taste, but I can see how it

might be a problem for some people. Spectrum Naturals makes an

organic coconut oil that doesn't have any taste, but it is

" semi-refined " according to the label, and I don't know how much it

suffers nutritionally from the processing.
