I froze the broth, and still have plenty.

As for bones ... I'm experimenting with breaking them down by fermenting

and/or vinegar to feed the garden. Dirt needs calcium too!

Don't bother--there's plenty of silicon in dirt, and it can be transmuted

to calcium!

That's a good point. The calcium carbonate should neutralize a lot of the

acid -- but it

would be good to test the results and maybe add some thing else to

neutralize too.
