Hi,

I thin beet kvass with a little water. I suppose it could be mixed

with a litte friut juice if that would help.

I have a question about beet kvass too. The last time I made it it

turned out very, vry thick and stringy. It was totally unacceptable.

Could this have happened because the beets were kept cold too long

and the sugars become too high in the beets?

Would it taste better with a few drops of stevia added, or maybe some nutmeg

or cinnamon, or ginger? At the Wise Traditions conference someone had

regular kvass. I brought a bottle home. It was really quite tasty. I'd like

to experiment with making some, but haven't gotten around to it.
