a regional mailing list for traditional

foods in the Illinois area.

Some of you may know friends in this area that

might be interested.

Trad-foods-IL is for discussing the availability

of quality traditional foods in the Illinois area.

Such books as Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon

and Enig, and Nutrition and Physical

Degeneration by Weston A. Price, are some examples

of the principles we are trying to explore and follow.

Fans of the Slow Foods movement, Paleo-diet, grass-fed

or pastured products, cultured foods, blood type or

just plain good food may be interested in this group

also. Welcome!
