The greatly increased production of the modern holstein makes me think the nutritional values of the brilliant yellow butter Price used in his clinical studies could not be produced by the modern holstein under any circumstances. If the holstein was bred " backwards " to the production levels she would have had in the 1930's, then I would be willing to consider milk from holsteins.
