Hullo Matt. There are CDC and other places that list required travel vaccines (not too many) and suggested vaccines by country or area. No one has to have them, except those required ones if they want to go there. So one should check on current status for vaccine mandates to the place or places they want to travel, during their travel planning. Here is one example of these lists, that can change occassionally. http://www.ochealthinfo.com/mcah/immuniz_travel.htm It would appear that in Cuba, in 1999, when they opened up their doors for travel to Cuba, after a lengthy travel ban, seemed to Require a Certificate of Yellow Fever.
