Guest guest
Thanks, . I really appreciate the information, but it takes so long to go through the volumes of e-mail that I think I may be skipping over important stuff in a rush to read it all. Any help you can give in this area would be appreciated! ______________________________________________________________________
Guest guest
I agree with on limiting e-mail to substantive inputs. There is a growing number of personal correspondence that should simply be sent personally as opposed to the group at large. ______________________________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hi folks, About receiving too much mail. What I meant is receiving ALL the mail, unedited, but in digest form, such that it comes once to three times a day with a bulk of messages in each mailing, like what is done with other web groups. Guest guest
I am a little taken aback from the responses of the too much e-mail subject. Some of you suggested some very helpful solutions and some of you assumed we have other problems besides Achalasia. That is not the case, we should all be entitled to voice our opinions. The e-mails were not intended to hurt anyone's feelings, lets face it, we endure enough problems with just swallowing food!! Listen to what people have to say, help when you can, and vent when you can, but no one intends to hurt anyone. Guest guest
I personally prefer it the way it is. I get mine in one digest, 25 messages per digest. That means maybe 2 native nutrition emails per day. I can just scroll through the top index of subject lines/authors to see what they are about and then scroll down quickly to the message numbers I am interested in.
