I think some people may find a missing link in how to balance their macronutrient ratios by reading The Metabolic Typing Diet. For the most part, it seems to me to be NT compatible (and the author mentions NT very favorably). I think he's right that different metabolic types do need different protein/fat/carb ratios for optimum health. Every other diet plan I've read about that addresses the macronutrient ratios is more of a one-size-fits-all approach. Definitely worth a read, IMO.
