Yep, you can either cut and paste the link into your browser so that

you get all the pieces (when the list wraps the url, it breaks so

that it isn't clickable). Or you can go here

and look for the file foodgroup_comparison_v2h.xls.

It's a pretty darn big file though (slightly over 800 kilobytes), so

it may take a bit to download. It's big because there's a lot of

data in it...
