Guest guest
Suze et al- > " Raw, unpasteurized milk and raw milk dairy products may contain >health-causing micro-organisms. " Two questions spring to mind about that article: first, is the CDC's allegation that food poisoning outbreaks occur due to raw milk (notice the fishy wording) and second, if it is true, are those outbreaks from raw _grassfed_ milk or raw _grainfed_ milk. The two are extremely different animals due to cows' inevitable dysbiosis when on a grain diet. Obviously the anthropological data collected in NAPD indicate that raw dairy is extremely healthful, but it refers strictly to raw grassfed dairy. I know some disagree, but I'm a little leery of eating raw meat or dairy from non-pastured sources. Luckily I don't have to, but not everyone has that luxury, and if my financial fortunes change, I might not either. -
