You might want to try these books: Neanderthin: Eat Like a Caveman to Achieve a Lean, Strong, Healthy Body by Ray Audette, et al The stone age diet : based on in-depth studies of human ecology and the diet of man by Walter L. Voegtlin You may also want to check out the book, " Protein Power " by Dr. Eades This book does make a lot of references to the Paleo way of eating and the reasons for it!
