Guest guest
Kim- >Can it be made in a crockpot on low? In theory, certainly, but I tried making beef stock in a crockpot on low and it didn't quite work out. The flavor was good, but none of the bones got pitted. That might have had nothing to do with the crockpot, but when I've made fish and chicken stocks in a regular stock pot on the stove, the bones have come out pitted, brittle, soft, crumbly, etc. -
