Guest guest
Well, Dennis, I'm glad that worked. That's a very small amount of coffee, so it is probably doing much less harm than all the soda. Still, I'd try to wean yourself off caffeine to, but if that small an amount can get you through cutting sugars, it's probably a good short-term plan. I would _definitely_ get more sleep (though I need to start taking my own advice there!) Personally, I LOVE coffee, but limit myself to one cup once or twice a week, for the sake of my teeth (had a major dental decay problem) and for my health in general. I just love it too much to give it up completely. Peace, Chris In a message dated 8/5/02 6:39:36 PM Eastern Daylight Time, dkemnitz2000@... writes: > -Interesting. Dennis ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong. I've never heard this before. Well, I've read that it upsets calcium absorption, and I am trying to avoid any mineral malabsorption, as I figure this is probably a factor in my tooth decay problem. chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion?
