I've read both, and quite frankly they're are not very far from one another

-- if you look at Dr. Scwarzbein's suggested menus and the foods she allows

freely, you'll see that they contain ample amounts of foods with saturated

fat -- even calls coconut oil healthy -- I don't know what Dr. S said on a

radio program, but her book does not in any way limit saturated fat or

promote olive oil over saturated fat -- at least from my reading of it.
