When I get hungry sometimes I'll eat just a tad bit of butter and it turns the hunger switch right off! But coconut oil is also a saturated fat -- it's not quite as filling as butter or animal fat, but it's close. And easy to cook with. Plus it tends to fire up your metabolism in a BIG way -- after eating a meal with VNCO I get HOT -- and so does the other woman in the office. And energetic.
