Homemade stock and length of time in fridge

I have had stock in fridge now for 7 days. ( been using it as made

alot ) actually this would be 8th day today.

I just read in sally's book that it would keep 5 days.

WOuld i still be ok to use it to make another lamb stew?

I think broth keeps somewhat longer than that, especially since you will be

cooking it again.
