You sound addicted to sugar -- need to just stop consuming it -- eat proteins, fats and complex, low starch carbs if you have to -- but you will get over this -- you body just needs to have time to right itself again. Your blood glucose is probably horribly unstable and your insulin response is more than likely on the hyper side. But if you keep indulging in the sugar, you won't be giving your metabolism a chance to heal.
