Think paleo -- where did humans get vitamin E before agriculture -- nuts,

seeds, eggs, avocados, olives, sweet potatoes, meat and most fruits and

veggies have some. And because stone agers did eat very much polyunsaturates

as we do, probably didn't need as much vitamin E.
