Hi,

If the lamb stock had originally been brought to a boil before

simmering and the seal on the stock pot is very tight then it should

be sterile enough to be edible. I agree with Belinda. I would bring

it to a boil for 15 minutes and then enjoy it.

it is but a loose lid ontop of the stock pot ( very cheap 1 ehe )

but it was only 10 hours cooking to :(

Well, I would just go ahead and boil it for 15 minutes, cool it a

little, and then enjoy it anyway, loose lid or no loose lid.
