Guest guest Posted July 14, 2002 Report Share Posted July 14, 2002 Hi, If the lamb stock had originally been brought to a boil before simmering and the seal on the stock pot is very tight then it should be sterile enough to be edible. I agree with Belinda. I would bring it to a boil for 15 minutes and then enjoy it.
