Is there a way to save it

I was making stock from lamb bones ect and it was simmering for

about 10 hours. Then againt my leave simmering note still turned it

off and it has been sitting on stove for approx 10 hours cold.

if anyone could help me save it would be great as alot of $$ went

into it + time. I only want to save it however if i can still get

full benifit from it.
