Guest guest
Dear Terry, You did not elaborate whether your back problems are from herniated discs, spinal stenosis or pulled muscles-- if any of the discs are bulging or herniated or you have spinal sternosis, then I would recommend an epidural-- I have had the procedure three times and there were incredible at least for me-- because they use a powerful steroid-- and those steroids not only take away the inflammation and pain but they make you FEEL very good--- Anyway thought I would ask Annie From: Dave Cruikshank <d.cruikshank@...> Subject: Re: Re: Where is everyone? Of course you can't do this while working or moving, unless you secure it with an Ace bandage. I have secured them in my back brace before and been active. I also did use Capcasian creme with some success. Ice works because generally the pain comes from inflamed muscles, nerves, joints, disks, etc. When I do use rubs I always use the store brand equivalent. Read the ingredients, generally they are made in the same factory, just labeled differently but at a much lower price.
