I took the grains out and let it set in a water-stopper-corked gallon jug

until it fermented dry, then bottled it in those wire-stoppered bottles

(not sterilized). One batch I didn't let go dry and it " popped " -- it made

this huge whistling sound that scared everyone in the house, but didn't

burst. I guess the tops are made to release the pressure. So now I let it

go dry!

It has a very mild amount of alcohol, but really makes me sleepy, I don't

know why.
